5-Day Mind-Body-Spirit Program

Thank you for your interest in Pura Vida Spa's "Mind/Body/Spirit Adventure Week." If you do plan on attending this week, your schedule will be very flexible. You will have the time to use Pura Vida's services at your own pace, meet other guests, join a variety of optional classes, go on an excursion, or just take time for yourself. Also take advantage of our wellness center with world-class therapists practicing a wide range of massage, spa treatments, and various healing modalities.

The Week Includes:

• 5 night accommodations Check in Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• 3 delicious meals per day, including a variety of vegetarian fare as well as chicken or fish
• 6 yoga sessions per week
• Movement classes and guided meditations (based on staff availability)
• A one hour complimentary massage for the week ($70 Value)
• Round-trip airport transfer to and from San Jose International Airport
• 1 half day Eco-adventure tour and 1 full day Eco-adventure tour in the rain forest (pre-scheduled)
• 1 Guided hike in the surrounding hills

*There is a 50% deposit per person at booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 30 days prior to your visit. Cancellations after that time will forfeit the deposit.
